About Yellow Cottage:

Yellow Cottage itself is a "home among the gum trees" to get away from it all. Stroll around the property, which has two dams and a range of mature trees that are home to a family of kookaburras and many of the local kangaroos.

Comfortable beds, quality linen, full-equipped kitchen, large rustic outdoor undercover dining area - a perfect place to unwind and just relax.

Families of kangaroos and kookaburras call this acreage home, and the softly rolling style of the property invites you to walk around it.

A choice of beaches are just minutes away. The "point break" surf beach is 6km down the road at Agnes Water (top recommendation: get up around 6am to watch the surfers ride the waves in the early morning sun - simply amazing). The calm bay of Seventeen Seven (so picturesque and perfect for just lazing, and safe for children) is a further 6km on.

Enjoy fishing, snorkelling, diving, surfing (there are surf schools for both adults and children), kitesurfing, canoeing, hire a scooter - or just laze around on the beach or in the sea (the water is warm).

About the area of Agnes Water / 1770:

The cottage is a short drive to shops (including supermarkets and petrol station), boutiques, hairdresser, spas and eateries.
