Beautifully furnished, three bedroom, luxury villa with fabulous sea views in the popular resort of Yalikavak. This stunning villa is on a small complex with a shared swimming pool. The villa has its own private garden and is conveniently close to the complex swimming. The villa has the advantage of a shaded terrace area where guests can dine in comfort. Inside, the villa has a large open plan luxury kitchen fitted with all modern appliances leading onto the dining area and further to the living room. There are patio doors leading out onto the garden area where you can take in the stunning sea views. There is a further door leading out from the kitchen/dining area onto the terrace. The ground floor also has a bedroom on this level, with double bed and ensuite bathroom and balcony doors leading onto the terrace. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor. Up the stairs there is a small landing area where you will find the bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a double bed, its own private balcony with breathtaking sea views and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, balcony and two single beds. Villa Deniz is an ideal villa for families with children or groups of couples and friends as each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom Yalikavak dubbed as the St Tropez of the Bodrum Peninsula. Yalikavak is situated on the Aegean Coast and has a wonderful climate characterised with hot summers and mild winters. The summer season is from May to late September, with temperatures from 26°C in May up to 34°C in July. The once sleepy fishing village is growing into a major centre on the peninsula whilst still retaining its charm. It now boosts three major supermarkets, local clinics and a number of hotels open all year round offering cinema, jazz nights, yoga etc for both local residents and visitors. Yalikavak is renowned for it's amazing sunsets, unspoilt shoreline and clear blue seas. It is ideal for sailing and water sports and attracts many foreign yachts to the marina The newly named Palmarina operates througout the year with a fantastic new shopping village and nightclub to match the best in the world. Some of the top restauranters from Istanbul and exclusive designer shops are included in the new development. Admittedly the owner is aiming at the 'millionaire if not billionaire' market but we can vouch for the fact that it is a spectacular place to visit if only to see the incredible 'Superyachts' moored there. If you are feeling adventurous maybe you can even charter a yacht yourselves.
