Villathis property has an enviable location on the north Brittany coast, just a short stroll from a small beach (80m) with a further larger beach just 200m away.
Also, the property shares a covered, heated pool with a neighbouring holiday property (Kerfiat II), with the pool cleverly located between the two houses with direct access from both.
(Both properties can be rented together for a large group with the added benefit of exclusive use of the pool).
Villathis property offers accommodation on one level with panoramic sea views from the lounge. The property was completely renovated to a high standard in 2018 and has a light and airy feel throughout. Outside spacious decking wraps around two sides of the property which overlooks the lawned garden and towards the pool.
Equally important the villa has a very peaceful setting, surrounded by fields and located at the end of a small road with little or no traffic.
Furthermore, a small path leads from the property to the coast and a small sandy and rocky beach. The coastal path continues in both directions, allowing you to discover this beautiful and diverse stretch of coastline of lovely coves, protected sand dunes and beautiful sandy beaches including the larger and more popular Keradennec beach just 200m from the property.
There are plenty of water sports activities nearby including windsurfing, bodysurfing, paddle boarding, kayak and many more in nearby Mogueriec, Sibiril or Santec.
Close by Roscoff (16km) is more than just a ferry port (sailings to and from Plymouth). Attractive 16th century granite buildings nestle against the coastline, the streets filled with restaurants, bars, charming little art galleries and gift shops. Across a narrow stretch of water from the quaint harbour is the tiny Ile de Batz, a beautiful island well worth a visit. Roscoff is also home to La Maison des Johnnies et de l'Oignon de Roscoff. This Museum of the Onion Johnnies celebrates the well-known onion merchants who arrived in Britain on their bicycles selling onions door-to-door who made famous the caricature image of the Frenchman in a beret on a bike laden with onions.
