Nestled on the slopes of the Montagnette, this charming house offers a mature garden with olive trees and a large sun terrace, all on 3 hectares of natural ground. A large private pool (filled with spring water and therefore undrinkable) awaits you 400m from the house. The interior of the house is spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor, a huge living room has two fireplaces and large windows to bring back the light and there is also a master suite and a double room. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a children's room. You will be ideally situated between the beautiful medieval village of Boulbon and the splendid Abbey of Frigoulet, both to discover. A visit to the city of Avignon will immerse you in a historical atmosphere with its famous bridge and ramparts. Theater lovers, do not miss the international festival held each year. Stroll through the old streets, courtyards and do not miss the neighborhood of Antique, the Place de l'Horloge or the walkway that takes you to the Rocher des Doms. You are ideally located on the borders of the Vaucluse and Gard, rich in colors and sensations! A must see is also the lively and lovely village of St Rémy de Provence, with its green valleys and its Provencal market.
