Description

Hurghada has been developed by American, European and Arab investors into the leading seaside resort on the Red Sea since the 1980s. The largest proportion of tourists comes from visitors from Germany, England, Russia and the former Soviet republics. Numerous unfinished buildings and new tourism complexes determine the appearance. Hurghada has developed into a holiday resort that stretches along the coast. Many spacious tourist facilities and new apartment buildings are based on oriental styles. Hurghada International Airport is located near the city.

The coastal agglomeration of Hurghada, which extends over 30 km, consists of:
the original town center ad-Dahar (Downtown) in the north - initially an administrative center for the oil fields in the Gulf of Suez
the as-Siqala tourist area south of it (the most commonly used signposting is El Sekalla)
the areas of the all-inclusive and luxury hotels adjoining the coast in a chain-like manner and extending far to the south.
The name is derived from the name for "boat dock". There used to be no port here.

The high number of tourists surpasses the local population many times, not only in the main season.

Hurghada consists of three districts: • El Dahhar, the old town, where the typical Egyptian life still pulsates. • Al-Sakkala, is the tourist district with many hotels, restaurants and shops. • Al-Ahiaa, north of El Dahar, with many hotels under construction.

There are very different hotel complexes in and around Hurghada. Above all, the following is offered: Water sports for windsurfers, sailors, deep sea anglers, divers and snorkelers on 20 km of beaches with white sand, which are almost only accessible from the hotels through fences. There are a few easily accessible coral reefs at the south end of the hotel mile, but the best spots are off the coast.
There has been increased investment in the expansion of the infrastructure in recent years in particular. The new construction of the airport is currently one of the largest projects.
Solid medical care is also ensured by many well-trained doctors and clinics.



The 2 storey villa has a total of 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 1 room with a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and tub, a guest toilet, American kitchen and the large living area with dining area. The covered terrace with almost 100m2 has a built-in grill and washing facilities. In front of the living area is an additional ground-level terrace, which is particularly inviting for breakfast by the sea in the morning.
Thanks to the internet-based TV reception, several German programs are also available. At the same time, Internet access can also be offered for an additional charge. The sea, about 30 m away, falls very flat and is therefore very suitable for children. Despite the sandy beach, bathing shoes are recommended.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

This complex with the villa is located exactly between the city center of Hurghada and the newly built El Gouna. Due to the location you can reach the lively city center or the golf course in a few minutes.
Long-term holidaymakers in particular can escape the European climate conditions, which are not always favorable.

On request, privately guided excursions and sightseeing tours can be organized. It is also possible to employ domestic workers and a cook.
Due to the wind conditions, the property is particularly suitable for kitesurfers.
Final cleaning is mandatory.
