Very beautiful charming villa of 130m2 tastefully renovated, bright, terrace overlooking the swimming pool (9m out of 5), new construction of 2012, all comfort, private swimming pool, 5 ares garden planted with trees and surrounded by a high wall, 120 meters from the beach, in a
very quiet area between the village of Ngaparou and Somone.
In the rental of the house are included the staff, Abdou the caretaker who maintains the garden and the swimming pool as well as Assi who does the housework and the kitchen, (every day except Sunday) Our staff is very available while being discreet !
Assan our friend can provide all your trips and excursions.
In case of health problems, we advise our doctor friend Malik (Allo doctor) with a very efficient and effective emergency service.
The villa is equipped with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, fans are also available, the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
The villa is equipped with a generator and a water reserve of 1000 liters to compensate for the power cuts, knowing that cuts are very rare.
Possibility of taking a TV subscription.
Tap water is not potable.
Water is free but electricity is chargeable, the meter is read on arrival by our caretaker and read at the end of the stay and is payable to our caretaker.
