Villa La Jovada is an ideal place to enjoy the holiday for both families and groups of friends, located in the countryside but just 10 minutes drive from the beach in Moraira and 5 minutes walk from the town of Teulada accommodation, where there are all kinds of services and supermarkets. The house, original of the early twentieth century, was renovated in 2016 and has all the amenities so you do not miss anything during your stay. An ideal place to relax during any season town; in summer, thanks to its large terrace with swimming pool, barbecue and Chill Out area and winter with its large living room with wood stove, large TV and sofas areas.

With 350 square meters built, divided into two floors, the villa has five bedrooms, modern kitchen, large living room, three bathrooms, private parking area, a laundry area (with washing machine, sink and iron) and the traditional terrace Valencian roof (Riu Rau), where it is also possible to eat enjoying views of the pool area and the fields surrounding the house.

All rooms have large wardrobes, bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle ... plus crockery, glassware and cutlery complete.

The house has heating in all rooms and air conditioning in the living-dining room (the rooms are cool as it is a building with thick walls located in the countryside).
