Quinta Villa Casaflor is a modern villa with a private pool and tennis court, with Portuguese atmospheric elements. The villa is built on an area of 0.75 hectares. The villa is surrounded by a former aqueduct from 1600. Uniquely located. 130 m above sea level; there is an unobstructed view of the medieval town of Obidos, the Obidos lagoon and the Atlantic beyond. Obidos is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The villa has a real Portuguese atmosphere with blue accents on the shutters and floors inside, and pale yellow walls. The villa is surrounded by marble terraces. The pool with Roman steps is next to the terrace, eight steps below, and is walled in on three sides. Loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower are available. You can use a private tennis court for free. Your privacy is absolutely guaranteed when renting. The site has a lockable electric gate; Olive trees, palm trees, lavender and oleanders are planted around the house.

The house itself has a comfortable living room: dining table with chairs, sofas, satellite TV, stereo, DVD and internet access. The whole house has underfloor heating.
Bedroom:
6 people (3 bedrooms): 1 bedroom with double bed; 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (with the possibility of making a double bed). A safe is available in every bedroom.
Bathroom:
Casaflor has 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower and electric fan. Apart from the bathroom, the whole house is equipped with underfloor heating.
Kitchen:
Luxury kitchen with gas hob, oven, grill, extractor hood, extensive dishes, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, electric juicer, kettle, blender.
Economic area:
In the laundry room there are: an ironing board, washing machine, dryer, drying rack and vacuum cleaner.
Home help:
Casaflor is managed by a Portuguese resident. The house is cleaned once a week. Bed linen for the bathrooms.
