The gorgeous warm sea of the Mar Menor is just 5km away in Los Alcazares, with many safe beaches all along the Mar Menor coast, from quiet secluded areas to family filled beaches with all water sports available and several marinas along the coast line. The famous La Manga strip is just 25 minutes away where you can enjoy the Mar Menor or Meditarainian seas.
The area is filled with bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
On your doorstep Mar Manor Golf Resort itself features bars and restaurants including The 5* Intercontinental Hotel with luxury Spa and hairdressers, indoor and outdoor pool. There is also a communal pool, which hold speciality entertainment nights, a supermarket (very reasonably priced), Golf Club House, gym, Tennis and paddle courts. Spanish, Indian, Italian, Japanese, American Diner, Irish Bar and Sports Bar can all be found a short walk from the villa.
The local towns of Los Alcazares has many restaurants from beach side cafés and Tapas Bar to fine dinning. The cultural and shopping city of Murcia is less than half an hour away by car or 15 minutes by Train in Torre Pecheco, There are several water parks in the local region as well as an abundance of Golf Courses to suit all levels. Closest airport is only 20 minutes away (Murcia San Javier) or 1hour (Alicante).
