This beautiful semi-detached house on three levels, surrounded by the greenery of ??the Riviera di Levante, lies just 1 km from the beaches and 8 km from the centre of Genoa, a city full of cultural activities and attractions. With its terraces overlooking the sea and the garden for the exclusive use of guests, the accommodation is the ideal solution for a relaxing holiday. The house, with a refined design and rich in Italian craftsmanship, is on three levels. On the ground floor are the entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom with adjoining veranda. On the lower floor, which is accessed via external stairs, are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a small terrace overlooking the sea. External and internal stairs lead to the lower floor, where there are a twin- bedroom, bathroom, laundry and small garden. Each floor has an independent entrance. The area is ideal not only for taking advantage of the nearby resorts of the Levante Riviera, where you can taste the famous focaccia di Recco (10 km), the enchanting Sori (6 km), the enchanting seaside village of Bogliasco (1 km), but also to reach the lively centre of Rapallo (26 km) , the nice sailors town of Camogli (11 km) with its famous fish festival on the first Sunday of May, the fashionable Santa Margherita Ligure and of course Portofino (33 km), the village that fascinated Maupassant. Trekking lovers can follow the scenic paths of the promontory that lead to Sanata Margherita (28 km) or to San Fruttuoso, where scuba divers can admire the statute Christ of the abyss. To visit this wonderful village with its medieval abbey, you can also take a ferry directly from Recco. To admire the Cinque Terre you can take the ferry from Camogli or the train or ferry from Santa Margherita that will offer you a unique view of the terraces and vegetation that have made these villages unique in the world.
