The farmhouse is unique, warm & spacious, the gardens vibrant & colourful. Framed against spectacular panoramic views, whether your room looks out at the mountain, or down the valley, it's truly beautiful wherever you are. Surrounded by indigenous forests, alive with birdsong & trickling streams - your stay will be absolutely amazing. To get to us you must drive the road less travelled - for 14 km's. We are well off the beaten track and happily so! Tucked away in the mountains, the rickety drive is well worth it. What a treat to unplug and get lost in space and time, away from gadgets and devices. Hiking trails, natural rock pool, contemplation chapel, tennis court and much more. All snuggled into beautifully landscaped gardens. The nature reserve offers a variety of wildlife such as Zebra, Nyala, Impala, Wildebeest, Red & Grey Duiker, Bushbabies, Bushbuck, Bushpig, Side Striped Jackal, Wildebeest, Vervet Monkeys, Caracal, Mongoose, Porcupines - & not to mention an array of birdlife for the devoted bird lovers.
