Executive manor house on incredible waterfront forested property. This beautiful craftsman house sits on 5.5 acres of professionally landscaped and forested land, with 550 ft of private waterfront with private water access.

With 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and two half baths, it is a perfect setting for a luxury family getaway. The house features expansive views of the water, from every level, as well as from the grounds. Enjoy incredible vista sunsets from the hot tub or from one of the upstairs private balconies.

From the moment you enter this property you will be amazed. Starting with the fact that it has its own private front gate from the road. This means guests have maximum privacy and security from the moment they enter the property.

As you drive down the driveway, the first thing you’ll notice is that you feel like you’re lost in the rainforest. The property is huge, with mature trees and green fern-covered undergrowth.

The house itself is waterfront, with beautiful landscaped grounds and incredible vista views of the ocean and Vancouver Island. You also have your own private water access down a flight of custom stone stairs. Perfect if you want to kayak or paddle board right from your backyard.

There is covered parking for guest use in the front of the house, as well as ample parking in other designated areas beside the house.

When you enter the house the first thing you’ll notice is how open and airy it feels. It has vaulted high ceilings and windows along the entire south facing wall, so every view of the water is utilized, and sun pours in all day. There are beautiful heated stone floors throughout the house. In summer, the stone stays cool and keeps the house comfortable, and in winter, it can be heated to keep guests at the perfect temperature.

The centerpiece of the house is the incredible custom craftsman staircase. This staircase was designed to feel like a living tree. It is a work of functional art. Surrounding the staircase, and throughout the house, are carefully curated works of First Nations Art. These pieces are on display for guest enjoyment.

The main floor has a high end, fully stocked kitchen for guests to enjoy. This kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals at home with the family, and cooking is a breeze with gas appliances.

The stone countertops throughout the house have a stunning pearlescent effect. In the kitchen, this effect is seen against a black stone background and perfectly reflects the marine ambiance of the setting.

The downstairs living room has views of the forested grounds on one side and ocean on the other side through huge windows and doors th waterfront gazing, marine life and sunsets. In winter, enjoy storm watching with a wood fire in the living room fireplace. The downstairs living room is about the views, the upstairs games room is about fun. It has vaulted ceilings with huge windows looking out onto the forested part of the property. It has a huge smart tv, pool table, and pull out couch. There is also a small bar area adjacent to this room, with small fridge. There are 5 bedrooms in this house, and a full bathroom for each one. The main floor has a master king bedroom. This bedroom has views of the water, with a window sitting area, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk in shower. There are three bedrooms upstairs, in two main wings of the house. The master queen bedroom upstairs has views of the water and a private ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has his and hers sinks, a separate shower room with rainfall head, and free standing tub (with adjacent towel warmer). This bedroom also has a door to the outside upstairs balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee with the most breathtaking views on the Sunshine Coast. There is an office/daybed area adjacent to the upstairs master queen bedroom. This room can be closed off to create another bedroom, or used as an office. There is a queen bedroom in the west wing of the house, adjacent to the upstairs kitchen area. This wing has its own bathroom, living room, dining area, laundry, and kitchen. It can be closed off and used as a separate living suite. There is a separate queen bedroom at the front of the west wing of the house, this bedroom has its own doors to the balcony. It also has its own bathroom across the hall, with full walk in shower with rainfall shower head and free standing tub. Adjacent to the games room, in the upper north wing, is a bedroom with bunk beds with double bottom bunk and twin top bunk. This creates a perfect place for up to three children (or two adults) to sleep. Across the hall from this room is another bathroom with a walk in shower. The entire house can be controlled by ipad for sound and lights. Instructions will be given at check-in. There is an elevator from the first floor to the second floor. This has been decommissioned for safety, but it can be reactivated upon request for disabled guests. Please enquire. The grounds of this house are truly what make it special. The south yard has the best water views, as the grounds are perched on cliffs overlooking the Strait of Georgia. The best view on the Sunshine Coast. This property is on a point, so it gets maximum sun, open space and water views. This is the place guests will want to spend most of their time. There is a beautiful high end gas barbecue in the south yard for guest enjoyment. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the long summer nights and cook outside. The south yard has a hot tub overlooking the water. (Please note: due to summer drought conditions, hot tub may not be available). There is a lower patio down a short staircase, with chairs for guests to enjoy. This patio has a panoramic view of the Straight of Georgia looking out to Vancouver Island in the distance. The outside covered sitting area is a perfect place to enjoy the full potential of the property. The view of the water from here is unobstructed and expansive. Throughout the property, there are many little alcoves, lawns and pathways for guests to enjoy. We simply ask that you stay within designated areas and be mindful of neighbouring properties. There is a little swing area on the east side of the driveway that is a perfect place to enjoy a summer day in the natural shade of the trees. The north lawn is a great place to play lawn games like croquet and bocce ball. It also provides a shady place to put out a blanket and sit. (please note: due to summer drought conditions, lawn may not be green, but still may be used by guests). To the north of the house, mature trees surround the house and property, making you feel like you're in the forest.
