There is a pool downstairs as well as a large oceanfront pool deck with hot tub and outdoor shower for your use. Take the family fishing, or relax by the pool for some much needed sun and swimming. VILLA AMENITIES & OVERVIEW
With over 2200 heated square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone in the villa, and it has an open, inviting living area perfect for relaxing and mingling. There is a full dining table, as well as a 4-top dinette in the open kitchen/dining/living space. The living room has a large sectional sofa as well as additional seating and the ever-important large flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, dishes, and cookware and features stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs for a total of 1 king (upstairs) master & 1 queen (upstairs) master. The two downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and share the large hall bath. Upstairs, there are 2 master bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with private baths and shared ocean view balcony - and 2 standard bedrooms, each with 2 sets of bunk beds for total of 4 twin size beds, that share the upstairs hall bath. The utility room (full size washer & dryer, iron & board) is also upstairs.
