The house is located in a quiet area on the slopes of the Ucka Mountains, above the Icici marina. It is spacious and luxuriously furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a separate area with a sauna and a bedroom, while on the upper floor there are three nicely furnished rooms, each with its own terrace. From the terrace on the ground floor you have a beautiful view of the sea, the port of Icici and the landscape that surrounds the house. The well-kept yard is large and completely fenced. During the hot summer days you can find refreshment in the pool with counter flow system in front of the house. Icici is a small tourist place, known for the beautiful marina and the beach, which offers a range of entertainment. There is also a kilometer-long promenade that connects all the places at the foot of Ucka.
