RULES AND REGULATIONS:
We are an exclusive vacation rental agency that provides the best possible experience for both owners and guests. Because of this, we have specific rules and regulations in place. Please read the following carefully:
• You Must be 33 years of age to book this home
• A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
• NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
• Standard occupancy is limited to 16 guests - each additional guest up to maximum occupancy of 20 guests is $100 more per person per night
• Exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in an additional $250 per person per night
• No loud noise after 9 pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.
• A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
• Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
• Reservations are non-refundable
After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC (as we do not charge a security deposit). You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
