This 180m² private house, set on 400m² of exotic garden, is 100 meters from the beach, and is located in quite, upscale northern part of the island. The house is fully equipped and eco-friendly. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide the guests the most comfortable and convenient accommodation experience. You will enjoy the paradise island life with all the comfort of the modernity. Bicycles and eco friendly electric bikes are also provided for guests.

The main living area is spacious and opened to create an indoor-outdoor tropical space. A fully-equipped kitchen opens to a luxurious living and dining area overlooking the private pool and colorful exotic garden with a gazebo and our own banyan tree. Delicious breakfast is delivered to you each morning. Living room has a comfy sofa lounge area with sound system. The long wooden 6-seater table stretches out through dining room offering a great dining experience. There is also a bar table with stools for socializing.

Master bedroom is air-conditioned and attached to stylish semi-open bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. It has a comfy king sized bed, large wardrobe, and is equipped with a 50-inch HDTV with Satellite TV, DVD/CD player.
The villa is also equipped with solar powered generator back up.

You can relax in the private garden, watching the fish in the pond that surrounds the villa, laying in gazebo or swimming in a pool. In addition, you can play the most popular video games, watch your favorite movies or listen to the music from our provided collection. The high speed 4G WiFi Internet is available through entire property.

We provide bicycles in the villa. You can bike, walk or take the cidomo (horse cart) to go around & discover the island.
