Snowflake Chalet in Arnold, CA (AKA MySnowflakeChalet) is a remodeled spacious cabin located east of the historic Gold Rush towns of Angel's Camp and Murphys, gateway to the Sierras. Located just across the street from the Blue Lake Springs Recreation Center, our cabin is an entire home rental that is perfect for multi-family gatherings. We can sleep 8 adults plus 2-4 children/teens comfortably, and will consider more than 10 guests total for a small additional charge. Please send an inquiry if you would like to register additional guests.

We offer a cozy atmosphere with plenty of space for a multi-family vacation, family reunion or weekend-getaway.

The 4th bedroom is a spacious, rec room with a king size bed and 2 bunk beds, equipped with a large screen TV, toys, games that is ideal for older children or teenagers or a family suite. Two Pack 'n' Plays, and a baby gate are available.

* Steps away from the Blue Lake Springs Recreation Center, which includes a pool, small lake, tennis courts, Saturday night outdoor movies, a restaurant and snack bar (Usage fees apply)

* Outdoor webcam allow owners to report on weather conditions for winter visits
* Pool towels available during summer months

Nearby activities options:

Begin your day with a morning hike at Calaveras Big Trees State Park or a bike ride on the nearby Arnold Rim Trail, and enjoy a lazy afternoon by the pool and/or sandy beach lake directly across the street from Snowflake Chalet. In the winter, enjoy a day on the slopes at the beautiful Bear Valley Ski Area, about 45 minutes away. Other local attractions include Lake Alpine, the scenery of stunning Ebbetts Pass National Scenic Byway, wineries and shopping in the quaint town of Murphys, and Columbia State Park, where visitors can experience a preserved Gold Rush town and pan for gold.

Our fully-equipped kitchen and gas grill make it easy to cook meals, but if you are ready for a night out, Arnold offers a variety of dining options just down the road, and nearby Murphy's offers a multitude of wine tasting rooms and restaurants.

We require all guests to sign a rental agreement and provide a photo ID at the time of booking.
