Description

This holiday home built in the 19th century is in a location dominated by a historical park with forest and fields and is on a hill. This home is very close to Fano (700 metres). This holiday home has several floors connected through a lift. From the top floor you can reach the huge terrace set in the antique tower with a private living room and bedroom that provides a panoramic view. There is also a roof with wooden beams. In the garden, there is a swimming pool, a gazebo, a sun shade and a play area that are shared with two other neighbouring houses. A renowned chef at the property will serve local dishes and wine on request (payable locally). The location of this house provides an option to visit the culturally fascinating places such as Fano, which is famous for its ancient temple of goddess Fortuna, Presaro (9 km), rich in cultural and artistic heritage and the birth place of the famous Giacomo Rossini. Urbino with its Ducale Palace is located 52 km from Fano. This palace was built in classical style and is the centre of renaissance culture as well as the birth place of world-famous Raphael (Raffaelo Sanzio). This place is also listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO. Visit the medieval town of Moldavio located 29 km from Fano and inspired by the humanistic architecture of Leonardo and Martini. This region is also famous for its local specialities, especially the truffle. Please note, due to the historic characteristics of the building, and a variety of fragile furnishings, this house is not suitable for families with children under12 years of age.
