It's perfectly suited to accommodate up to 10 guests, who will all appreciate its ideal location in the Coachella Valley. It's close to elite golf courses, stunning hiking trails and all the best Palm Springs has to offer, so prepare for a heavenly stay.

Come spend the day enjoying all that Indio has to offer! After taking in nearby shopping, golf, and Old Town La Quinta, unwind at our custom palatial retreat. Imagine yourself enjoying the outdoors after an evening soak in the pool and spa. With four large bedrooms, our home provides privacy while enjoying a fabulous getaway. This retreat is equipped with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, Wi-Fi, a big-screen TV, and a washer/dryer—all for your comfort and convenience.

The house features a 2 car garage as well as 3 additional spots in the driveway. Taxis, Uber and Lyft all run 24/7 in the area.



House Rules:

No smoking, parties, or events

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM

Arrivals before 4:00 P.M. or after 11:00 A.M. (the check-in/check-out times), without prior written agreement from Native Travel and the additional payment is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. Additionally, any guests found to be occupying the premises before 4:00 P.M. on the day of check-in, without prior consent, will also incur a $100 fee for each hour prior to 4:00 P.M

Please treat the home like you would treat your own home.

Parties, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property’s outdoor quiet hours 10pm - 10am are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, by measuring decibel levels over sustained periods of time and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. If we receive a notification that the noise level at the home has reached a level that may be considered disruptive to neighbors, we will simply send you a text message to remind you to keep noise levels at a respectful level. As short term rentals have grown within the Coachella Valley, this is one of the biggest concerns of long term residents, and so we do this to ensure that you do not receive any fines from the City during your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant, which means audio content is never recorded. If you have any questions please ask. If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we can heat the pool for the entire stay for an additional charge of $75/day. We are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay.

Smoke Detector / Carbon Monoxide Tampering Penalty: $200

It is the guest's responsibility to monitor umbrellas when they are in use. If it gets windy, the umbrellas must be closed. If guests leave the area, they are responsible for putting the umbrella back down since they are no longer in close proximity to ensure they are not damaged by wind. If an umbrella is damaged during a guest's stay, they will be charged $100.00 per damaged umbrella for replacement.

The Air Conditioning should never be set below 72 degrees to prevent freezing of the AC motor. If the Air Conditioner is set below 72 degrees and it causes damage or the need for a service technician to come out, the cost of the service call and repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Per City of Indio law, renters are prohibited from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) and musical instruments outside the property between 10pm and 9am. Failure to comply may result in a citation, fines and/or removal from the property by the city.

Per City of Indio law, all cars must be parked in the driveway or garage. Max car capacity for the house is 4 vehicles.
