On the top of a gently sloping hill, 12 km away from Loutraki, the Luxurious villa with a breathtaking view is overlooking the Saronic Gulf. Only 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from Athens, our residence is the perfect getaway for summer-vacation lovers. Villa is equiped with large private pool of 40m2, large shaded verandah areas, and BBQ equipment. Easily accommodates 8 people. Easy access to numerous beaches and places such as Epidaurous and Loutraki makes it adeal for families.
Salty villa consisting of 2 levels. The ground floor features an open plan kitchen with a sitting a dining area and bathroom. There is direct access to the outdoor spaces, to the private swimming pool, a spacious gas BBQ and a wooden dining table for 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a dishwasher, microwave and espresso coffee maker. Two master bedrooms are situated at the 1st floor along with two en suite bathrooms. On the 1st floor there are total 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a second Kitchen.
