On an idyllic freshwater canal, and just steps away from the Palmetto golf club, our 200qm Villa is set,built in 2007 and completely refurnished in November 2011.

Our villa offers absolute privacy through the non visible pool area. The kitchen is equipped with high quality stainless steel appliances (oven, dishwasher, ceran hob, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, various small devices) and granite worktops. In the garage there is a separate fridge for bottles. A breakfast bar invites you for a coffee in the mornings.
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, both master bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and offer views of the pool area. The second master suite is on the pool side, with lots of privacy, situated in the annex and is equipped with an extra fridge, Coffee maker, toaster, etc. so a second couple or early birds can find their place here. Every bedroom offers a 32' flat screen TV and a DVD player.
In the master suite 1, there is a heated jacuzzi for baths for hours. All three showers in the house are equipped with rain shower heads.
The living room offers you a comfortable and cosy sitting area, with a 60' LED flat TV, 7.1 surround system with Blue-ray- player and an iPod docking station, X-Box and a fireplace with gel.
The dining area consists a dining table for 6 people. A desk and printer are available, too.
The pool area is equipped with rattan furniture for 8 people, 4 sun loungers and a comfortably sitting area. 4 outdoor speakers, an outdoor TV and a big stainless steel barbecue boast the right atmosphere. Our Pool is a skin and allergy friendly salt water pool with waterfall, a shallow area for kids or for relaxing, and is individual heatable. In the evenings, underwater lights offer a stunning atmosphere.
In the outdoor area you'll find a 20qm sun terrace wit sun loungers. From here you have direct access to the real spa and garden area with dock. .
The jacuzzi boasts 5 seats, 42 adjustable nozzles, sound system with subwofer for mp3 players, a lounge seat and changing LED lights.
We designed the garden in a Caribbean style. There are palm trees, strelitzias etc. which can be lit at night.
The terrace itself boasts stunning views on the canal and the surrounding nature.
From here you can watch turtles, fish and otter.
On our dock or on the boat or canoe a fisherman will find his place to fish.
There's free and unlimited wi-fi all through the property.
Your phone calls to German landline is free or charge.
A washing machine and a dryer that fit about 8kg are at your use.
All floorings (living area with carpet) and showers are tiled with high quality Travertin tiles. A variety of DVD's, German and American DVD player, X-box with games, a fishing boat, 2 fishing poles, 2 bicycles, and various board games and books are also provided in our villa.
