Position perfect, renovated units that are located directly opposite the beautiful McCrae beach, coastal walking tracks, and only 100 meters to the McCrae Yacht Club, Lighthouse and the highly regarded local restaurants, bars and café’s. It is also only a short stroll to McCrae Plaza shopping centre and Rosebud shopping

Unit 2 is easy accessible and offers a relaxing deck area accessed easily from the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

The main lounge, dining and kitchen area is airconditioned and opens to a rear deck area which has an outdoor setting and BBQ. The lounge has a TV and cosy gas log fire for the cooler days. Cooking is easy in the fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooktop, microwave and full size fridge and freezer.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.

The bathroom is modern with a bath (shower over), vanity and toilet and includes a european style laundry with trough and washing machine.

No Schoolies or Party style bookings

If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.

All linen and towels provided. BYO beach towels.

Not too far from us are Sky Eagle Chairlift, Breweries, Many Wineries, Surf Beaches, and Mornington racecourse and lots lots more!

There are three other units available to rent on the property (if available) - ideal for groups or multiple families who are wanting to holiday together but still have their own space. There are gates between the courtyards that are locked, however on request can be unlocked.

Long and a short term rentals welcome.

2 Secure off-street parking spots. One directly in front of the Villa and one at the front of the property.
