The villa has been carefully furnished to provide you with the all the facilities that you will expect from a 5 star accommodation.

Our on-site Management company is available to provide any services or requests including check in and check out, key holding, car rental, tour excursions, cleaning and laundry services etc.

There are a number of bars and restaurants within a minutes walk.

Villa Clover is located in one of the best locations in Pernera. Within a 100 metre radius you will find a doctors, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and much more. Pernera year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming as popular as neighbouring town Protaras. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Pernera is fantastic for everyone!

Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.

For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.
