Located in beautiful Somerset, VA, Spotswood Lodge is an 11-acre farm house & cottage rental. Operated by The Market at Grelen, it is open to guests getting married at Grelen or any other venue, and is the perfect place for retreats, reunions and vacations. With eight bedrooms and seven full baths, it's a wonderful option for any wedding party or group of travelers.
Orange County is so rich with history, beautiful landscapes, charming towns and many seasonal activities; there is truly something for everyone! Nestled between the adorable towns of Gordonsville, Orange & Barboursville, there is much to see: James Madison's Montpelier, many vineyards and tasting rooms including the acclaimed Barboursville Vineyards, The Market at Grelen and a surprising number of adorable shops and good restaurants within 10-20 minutes. In addition, it's only 15 minutes from Woodberry Forest School and approximately 35 minutes from downtown Charlottesville which makes it a perfect option for those coming into town for Woodberry or University of Virginia events.
