Description

THE VILLA:
Villa Blanca is an architect designed, purpose built holiday villa. Constructed in 2005, the villa is perfectly situated at the top of the resort of Cala Murada, just a few hundred yards from the bank, supermarket and restaurants and a short walk from the blue flag rated, sandy beach, which the resort is famed for.

The spacious villa offers a comfortable "home from home" experience, and comprises of four bedrooms, two doubles, a twin, and a twin bunk room. Villa Blanca boasts its own private pool, sundeck, unlimited high speed WiFi, and UK satellite television. It provides everything you need for a perfect family villa holiday, in one of the best resorts on Mallorca's beautiful East Coast.

The ground floor of the villa, features a large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge with breakfast bar, flat screen TV, and separate utility with washing machine. The open plan living space leads onto a balcony overlooking the pool and rear garden, complete with outside dining table, perfect for dining Al Fresco.

Off the lounge is a hallway leading to the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC, the large family bathroom with bath and shower, and two further bedrooms, one fitted with two single beds, and another with four bunk beds. The bunk room also benefits from french doors & juliette balcony .

The property features the latest high speed, unlimited broadband with wifi available across the entire property. There are a selection of DVD's and board games for your use, and for your comfort there is air conditioning to all rooms, making this an excellent summer or winter destination for the whole family or to enjoy with friends.

The first floor is accessed via an external staircase, and features a separate self contained apartment with another lounge and kitchen, private balcony and en suite double bedroom.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the current situation with travel restrictions because of the Covid-19 pandemic, we assure all guests that if travel is not possible at the time of their booking due to these restrictions, a full refund will be given.

OCCUPANCY:
This villa is suitable for 6 Adults, and up to 4 Children (under 12) who can be accommodated in bunk or child bed accommodation.

LOCATION:
The resort's restaurants and beaches are easily accessed and just a short walk from the villa.
A small supermarket selling English newspapers, fresh bread, milk, fruit etc. can be found a minute’s walk from the villa. It is open from 8am-1pm and again from 4pm-8pm, and there are several lovely restaurants alongside.
On Thursdays there is a small market at the beachfront from 9am-1pm which sells fresh produce, fruit, olives, cheese, clothes, handmade gifts and plants. Further into the village you will find a larger supermarket, along with more restaurants and banks.

There are so many beautiful places to discover on the East coast of the island, just a short drive from the villa:
- The caves of Drach and the caves of Hams, with their underground lakes and light shows
- Mallorca's largest pearl factory at Manacor where you can see the pearls being made into jewellery and a shop where you can purchase them
- Discover the quaint fishing village of Porto Cristo - Sit by the harbour and have a drink or a meal at Porto Colom
- The Starfish boat which you can catch at Porto Colom or one of the many other beautiful coves travels down to Cala d'Or and beyond to Cala Mondrego and Cala Figuera
- Jet Skiing in Porto Colom

CATERING:

ACCESSIBILITY:
The two-storey villa has not been fully adapted to UK disability building regulations. You are required to walk down 7 steps from the driveway to access the villa.

GOLF:
The fabulous Vall d'Or 18-hole par 71 golf course is just a 10 minute drive away (8km) on the road towards Cala d'Or. The course (5,539m long from white tees) combines 2 completely different landscapes for the front and back nine. The front nine has rolling fairways surrounded by a forest of pine almond and olive trees. The back nine has wider and more uneven fairways playing down towards the coast road. The golf course is demanding yet entertaining with magnificent views of the coastline. The clubhouse was opened in 1999 and is located on top of a hill. Even non-golfers (who are most welcome) can enjoy the stunning views of Porto Colom and Cala d'or from the spectacular canopied sun terrace. A cold beer & club sandwich whilst enjoying the panoramic view is highly recommended. The restaurant, bar and locker rooms offer everything a golfer could wish for. The std.18 Hole Green-fee is around 90 euros (various discounts available). There are also several other good courses in the locality.

LONG TERM BOOKINGS:
Long term stay bookings are available at a discounted rate out of season from October – April. Please contact us with your requirements for more details.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT:
Unless previously agreed, the villa will be ready for check in by 4pm on the day of arrival and guests must check out by 10am on the day of departure. This is to allow the cleaners to clean the villa, change the bedding and towels and prepare the property for your arrival.

OTHER DETAILS:
Smoking is only permitted in the outside areas, strictly no smoking inside the villa.

A full information pack, including directions to the property, will be emailed upon payment of the balance payment.

The keys are located in a key safe, which you can open with a code (provided in the information pack) on arrival at the villa.

For your peace of mind, and to ensure a perfect and stress free holiday, the house is looked after by one of the islands leading villa management & maintenance companies, who are on hand should you need any assistance, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, if you have any problems or need any help.
