The nearest airport to the Derbyshire Dales is the East Midlands (EMA) Airport. If you don't wish to hire a car, trains frequently run to Derby from all over the country and offer a convenient way to reach the area. For those who want to drive, the Derbyshire Dales are easily reached via the M1 to the east or the M6 to the west.
