You will be only about 50 steps from seaside.

Maximum 8 adults plus 3 children under 12 years old (children sharing bed)

Cenang beach. Sharing with other guests. However beach chairs, sports & swimming equipment belongs to sports clubs next to us. It NOT FREE They collect rental if you use it. We provide free WIFI. It could be slow if raining or connected too many devices. If you are heavy internet user you can buy temporary simcard at 7-eleven or shops near our place. It cost only RM10 (USD3)

There will be staff around 24 hours at the premise, ask them politely if you need help they will be happy to help if possible.

Once you booked, please let me know:
1) your estimated time arrival.
2) if you register in Chinese, please let me know your name in alphabet as I would like to know a bit about my guests ....have to request this because I cannot read Chinese characters.
3) Check in after 3 pm - 10 pm
Check out 12 pm
Early check in is subject to availability, if guest before you out early your unit can be ready early. However we provide drop luggage services and small waiting room with attached toilet for guests who need it.
4) Parking space provided.
5) When check in, you will have to pay
- security deposit RM100 per unit, REFUNDABLE if no accidental damage.

Locals RM1 per night
Foreigners RM11 per night
