The stairs from the living room lead to the first floor with the three bedrooms; two of them have double beds and the one has two single beds. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe and a set of exterior doors that leads to the sunny balcony. On this floor, there are, also, two large bathrooms with bathtubs.

On the ground floor, there is a large apartment with direct access to the swimming pool. At the air-conditioned living room, there is a convertible couch and two single beds. Also, there is the fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
