This beautiful holiday house is situated at a few kilometers only from Urbino in a hilly area surrounded by meadows and woods which offers beautiful, panoramic views all around and guarantees pleasant temperatures in the summer months, too. Your holiday accommodation develops on two levels: on the ground-floor you will find a large living-room, a kitchen and a toilet, whilst the three bedrooms with bathroom are on the first floor. In the outdoor area the beautiful covered veranda is ideal for outdoor meals and for relaxing moments returning from one of your daily trips. Hereafter some suggestions: the wonderful, antique town of Urbino south-west of Pesaro, a World Heritage site famous for its architecture and culture, is situated at a 8 km distance only, whilst you will find the Adriatic coast with its beautiful, sandy beaches next to Pesaro and Fano, which are ideal for families with children, at abt. 36 km.
