This beautiful authentic Gozitan farmhouse is perfect for families with it being close to all local amenities including Kercem, Xlendi beach and the Captial town Victoria.

A private alley leads you to the farmhouses entrance hall that opens up into a large inner walled courtyard that has a patio table with seating for six and the gas BBQ which is perfect for cooking Alfresco. Off of the courtyard, you also have a charming garden room/ conservatory complete with stained glass windows and comfortable seating for all.

You can enter the Living/Dining room from the Conservatory or from the doors that come off the courtyard. With a Pine Dining table with room for six and a TV and DVD player and a beautiful arched ceiling. From the living/dining room, you also have a lovely set of double doors that lead out to the sun deck and pool area.

Through an archway you reach the recently refurbished fitted kitchen complete with hob, oven, fridge- freezer, microwave oven, this room also has a door that leads you onto the courtyard making it easy to bring out your food to the patio table.

You have an open staircase that leads up to the arched landing that has a Laundry room complete with a washing machine for your use.

With the accommodation spread out over three floors you have such a spacious area to enjoy, you have the first bedroom on the first floor with a double bed and an En-Suite shower room and doors out to a balcony that overlooks the pool and sun deck. The second bedroom comprises of 2 twin beds and a En-Suite shower room. There is a small study area that is off the landing that has a small spiral staircase that leads up to the 3rd bedroom that has a double bed and En-Suite shower room and access to the shower room.

The Farmhouse has a lovely south facing secluded sun deck with a large patio area that has a private pool (5m x 3m), Outdoor Shower, Sun loungers, Patio table with seating and a Parasol

The small island of Gozo is not considered to be a main stream tourist destination and therefore offers a truly wonderful relaxing holiday living amongst local Gozitans who go about their daily lives. Gozitans are a really friendly bunch always pleased to help foreigners and always interested in where you live and how you spend your time at home.
