On the ground floor: living room with kitchen area, bedrooms, bathroom. Large natural grounds for relaxing, in front of the house an equipped pergola with wisteria for outdoor dining. The property is surrounded by olive groves and woods. Close to Sasso Pisano is an organic lake (entrance fee) with warm spring water of 40°. 40 km the picturesque, medieval hamlet of Castagneto Carducci, 60 km the long sandy beaches of Marina di Castagneto or Bibbona on the Tyrrhenian coast. 60 km Volterra, the Etruscan town with numerous traces of this ancient civilization, with many alabaster shops, cafes, ice cream parlors and typical restaurants.
