Welcome to Lefkada island and to Villa Lithari.

It is located on the west side of Lefkada, in Tsoukalades village, not far away from the city centre and from some of the most beautiful beaches of the island.

It is ideal for a group of friends or a mature family that appreciate their own private space but want to enjoy gathering together for meals, swimming and some fun!

On entering the villa you are overwhelmed by its spaciousness and décor. The villa is professionally designed, the walls are painted by the artist "Vathis" with abstract art murals.

The daring colour scheme incorporates the traditional dark earthy colours with modern bright shades of orange, pinks and blues.

A staircase leads to the front door which opens into a spacious open plan lobby/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher. Steps up to living area and hall. Living area has French doors onto a large verandah and a fireplace, hall leads to a back door and a cupboard with an automatic washing machine, a cloakroom with W.C. and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath/shower/Jacuzzi. Double bedroom has French doors onto adjoining verandah.

A large verandah with patio furniture to the front. A shady patio area to the rear which steps down to the gardens, olive groves, private swimming pool, private gym, outdoor barbecue and to the comfortable dog house, which can hospite your pet.

An arrow track winds up the few minutes drive from the main road in Tsoukalades village until it reaches the imposing gateway of Villa Lithari. A nature stone driveway and walling leads into this impressive brick red-painted villa, that stands tall and proud amidst its own secluded spacious grounds. Wild flower gardens, a kiosk and sun terraces surround the private swimming pool.

Large picture windows and wooden beamed ceilings rise above the solid round marble topped table. The living room offers comfortable leather sofas to sink into. Throughout the villa there is dark wood furniture, well built in classic Greek designs.

It is ideal for a group of friends or a mature family that appreciate their own private space but want to enjoy gathering together for meals, swimming and some fun. The sleeping areas are segregated from the living areas for those who want some peace and quiet. The comforts of a modern kitchen and equipment mean you do not have to “ make –do” on your holiday and make the preparation of your meals even easier.

If you wish to venture away from your villa, there is plenty of interesting walking routes to be explored.

Immediate access to the amazing beaches of West Coast (Pefkoulia, Ag. Nikitas, Milos, Kathisma, Egremni). The closest beach is Kaminia (2km).

In Tsoukalades village (200m), you can find Super Market, bakery shop, cafe, restaurants, fish taverns, etc.

By car you are a 10-minute drive either to Agios Nikitas village, or Lefkas Town.
