Villa Belmira is the ideal location for a family getaway, it is situated just minutes away from the charming village of Carvoeiro and offers guests breathtaking views over Pintadinho beach.

The modern villa is truly beautiful having been designed with high attention to detail and exudes elegance. On the ground floor, you will find an open-plan living space with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and bright, airy dining area. With double doors learning out onto the exterior grounds, the living area is complete with cosy sofas - one of which can be turned into an extra bed - and a flat screen television. For those not wishing to venture out into the heat, the patio doors open to accommodate a gentle breeze rolling into the villa. It also offers an office space with Wi-Fi, just in case you need to get some work done during your stay, and another bathroom with a shower.

The property is set out over two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to six people across three bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and an ocean-view terrace, whilst the two remaining twin rooms share a family bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning units and on the first floor you will also find a roof terrace - the perfect place to enjoy some stunning sunsets as you sip on a glass of chilled wine.

Outside you'll find a private, heated swimming pool with a sizeable terrace and al fresco dining area, complete with a barbecue for the whole family to enjoy. By the pool, you can take advantage of the shaded double sun bed or enjoy some alone time under the sun. On the other side of the villa you will find a table tennis table - the perfect pastime for cooler evenings.

The villa is in a quiet location within walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants, bars and there's a great array of activities available in the area, from horse riding and mountain biking, to dolphin watching and wakeboarding. Other great beaches, such as Praia Grande and Caneiros, are just a short drive walk away, the fishing village of Ferragudo also provides an excellent backdrop for that fresh fish lunch. With so much to offer, all ages will be able to find something to enjoy at Villa Belmira.

#### Location
Villa Belmira is located just 1km from the traditional village of Carvoeiro. As you wander down the cobbled streets of this picturesque town, you'll find locals sat outside cafes and in village squares, whiling the days away amongst the whitewashed houses that tumble down the hillside. A short drive away are the local towns of Lagoa, Ferragudo and Portimao, where you'll find many beautiful beaches and restaurants - from Michelin Star dining, simple, easy eating. The villa is the perfect location from which to explore the local surrounding area - from Praia Grande, to the Fort of Sao Joao.

100m away from Villa Belmira you'll find the lovely sheltered sandy cove, Pintadinho Beach. It's a small, charming beach, offering sun beds to rent, and a small, familyrun restaurant to eat lunch or grab a coffee at. To your left, you will see the lighthouse on Ponta do Altar, whilst on your right you can see all the way over to Ponta da Piedade in Lagos - and on a clear day, you may even be able to spy Sagres.

If you're looking for a relaxing holiday with good beaches, scenic walks, lots of activities and and plenty of places for an evening meal, then Carvoeiro is hard to beat. The calm waters are perfect for windsurfing, there are numerous golf courses close by, and if you're feeling energetic, then Slide and splash water park is just a quick drive away in Lagoa. There really is something for all ages to enjoy at Villa Belmira.
