The spacious kitchen is fully fitted enabling guests to prepare anything from a light snack to a gourmet dinner (toaster, coffee maker, juicer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc.)

The generous lower living room comprises a suite of comfortable and elegant leather sofas, with a TV and attractive corner fireplace, plus an integral dining space; sliding patio doors lead out onto the covered terrace which overlooks the pool.

Steps from this terrace area lead down to a large private pool with Roman style steps and generous sunbathing area.

The rest of the large garden is laid to lawn and landscaped with shrubs and hedging to provide both interest and seclusion. Views over open countryside enhance the feeling of space and tranquility.


Sleeping accommodation is split between the ground and upper level. Downstairs is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the 1st floor and are served by a separate bathroom. There is also a guest cloakroom off the hallway.

There is a BBQ on the roof terrace for ‘al fresco’ cuisine.
