Great location! Minutes to Blue Mountain village, ski clubs, Georgian trail and parks.
1km drive to large sandy beach. Also, small sandy beach walking distance at the end of our street.
Long double ended driveway with ample 8 parking spaces .
Large mudroom for ski storage with extra shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Never run out of hot water with new hot water on demand system. Both kitchens have dishwashers and are fully equipped with small appliances, ample dishes, cups, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. Bedding, pillows, blankets and towels are available for use.
Monthly rate of $2900-$7000 depending on the month.
Renters must be 25 years old or older.
