Villa Diama is great for a quiet getaway and just a 15 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina. This beautiful and peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with plenty of living space, is set on a quiet, gated community in Playa Blanca. Complete with a private, large terrace and pool, TV with hundreds of worldwide channels and boxsets, WIFI and year round sun, Villa Diama is perfect for families, friends and couples who want to relax in a welcoming, family owned villa.

If there's one thing this villa isn't short of, it's outside space. The terrace at the rear of the villa provides a private, peaceful and tranquil oasis. There is an outdoor eating area where you can enjoy a delicious meal. If you want to escape the heat of the sun, there is an artificially turfed courtyard where you can lie back and relax.

POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER 2018.

The villa has a spacious living / dining room with leather sofas, a dining table seating 6 and a flat screen TV with English, Spanish, French and German channels. There are also thousands of box sets and movies available on demand.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. Perfect for preparing a meal after a relaxing day around the pool. There is also a kettle, toaster and microwave.

The solana is home to the washing machine and water heater.

The large and spacious master ensuite doubled bedroom has large patio doors leading out onto the pool area. Linens and towels are provided in all bedrooms and there is also a hairdryer for guest use. Joining on to the master bedroom there is an ensuite shower room with his and hers basins.

The second double bedroom looks out onto the terrace area. With plenty of storage space, this bedroom is perfect for either a couple or children.

The third bedroom is a twin bedroom, suitable for friends or children. There is further wardrobe space and looks out onto the front of the villa.

Cots are available from our management company for just £18 per week.

The double and twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over the bath. Towels are provided in the family and ensuite bathrooms.

Located just 30 minutes from Arecife airport, Villa Diama is set on a gated community on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away.

Playa Blanca is a wonderful resort with a range of things to do. Here are a few suggestions:

"A bright and attractive villa, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed, inside and out... home from home! No matter what time of day we were able to soak up the sun on the lovely patio around the pool. The peaceful location was perfect - just a 20 minute walk from the Rubicon Marina - the best part of Playa Blanca, where the variety of restaurants and bars left us spoilt for choice! "Lovely bright, clean and airy villa. It has everything you need inside and outside, including wifi. The patio is excellent and gets the sun for most of the day. With a 15-20 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina where you can enjoy a lovely meal whilst watching the sun set. If you want to tour the island then a car is recommended - and there is lots to see! Would definitely recommend a visit and we will be going back at some point!"

Prices based on 2 people sharing, extra guests are charged at £5 per person per night.

Bookings under 7 nights will incur a supplement fee of £125 per stay.
