This beautiful holiday home is near Carvoeiro, a well known seaside resort in the Algarve, attractively furnished and has a private swimming pool. It is a 10-minute walk to the beach. There is a private garden with various partly covered terraces. The roof terrace offers good views of Carvoeiro with the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

The holiday home consists of two living areas. There is a villa on the first floor and a comfortable apartment on the ground floor. (IN THIS VERSION, THE APARTMENTS ON THE GROUND FLOOR ARE CLOSED) Both have their own entrances. The home is suitable for a maximum of 6 + 2 people. The villa is equipped with air conditioning. The holiday home is perfect for families or a group of friends who want to enjoy holidaying together.
The living room of the villa area is furnished with comfortable furniture. The seating area can accommodate 6 people as well as a dining table. Furthermore, this room is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wireless internet connection and IPTV (many international channels. The villa has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker and other necessary kitchen equipment. The laundry room outside has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The villa section has three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. All 3 bedrooms open onto a terrace at the side of the house and pool area. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have two single beds. Folding beds makes it possible to sleep with 2 more people., which makes the total amount of 8 people possible! There are A cot and a highchair available. (extra possible on request) The main accommodation has one bathroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet. On this floor, there is also a separate toilet.
The picturesque town of Carvoeiro is around 1 km from the house. The nearest beach is Centianes and is also around 1 km away. Portimao and Ferragudo with their beaches and a marina are around 10 km. The seaside resort of Albufeira is 20 minutes by car. Golf courses such as Vala de Milho, Gramacho and Vale da Pinta are a 10-minute drive. Cabo de Sao Vincente, the rugged most south-westerly point of Europe is an hour and a halves drive from the villa.
