Description
The Old Dairy has been lovingly converted into a self-contained two storey, two-bedroom Cottage. Located on a working mixed dairy and arable farm. The Old Dairy is attached to the main farmhouse Ellenhall Manor. The Old Dairy is a cosy, countryside retreat in rural and relaxing surroundings. The cottage has been furnished for comfort giving it a real home from home feel with a touch of luxury.
The kitchen has been recently refurbished. There is a dining table and chairs for four people. The kitchen has a fan oven, ceramic hob, washer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and digital radio.
The lounge has a three and two-seater leather settee and stall, coffee table, a 48” flat screen TV, DVD Player & WIFI.
The conservatory has wicker furniture with seating for four also a side table with removable tray and rocking chair looking out on to the small garden and farm land.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside cabinets, touch lamps, drawers, wardrobe, dressing table and a 32” TV.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, lamp and alarm clock.
The cottage has a family bathroom upstairs bath, separate shower WC, wash basin and shaving point. There is also a shower room on the ground floor with shower, WC & wash basin.
There is ample parking available.
Children welcome, a travel cot, high chair, stairgate and mixture of toys are provided. We can arrange a babysitting service with a first aid trained and police checked sitter, this would be an extra cost.
Friendly dogs are welcome at The Old Dairy (maximum if two) but are restricted to the ground floor of the Cottage. There is also an outside fenced kennel area opposite the Cottage that can be used. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the cottage, however well behaved and well trained your dog may be, you can never be 100% sure how he/she will behave in new surroundings. It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their dogs.
Please notify us if you intend to bring your dog/s. There is an extra change of £25 per stay.
