Beautiful Provence stone house, magnificent hamlet perfectly restored, 10 ensuite bedrooms, amazing 360° view of the Luberon hills and Lure Mountain, heated swimming pool, private tennis court.In the Lubéron, you will find this magnificently restored hamlet, nestled in a charming yet fully preserved site, where the art of hospitality and respect for privacy are combined. Villa is surrounded by land with an area of ​​40 hectares which offer a 360 view of the Lubéron hills and the Lure mountain.
This charming property can accommodate 20 guests thanks to its 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It is a real Provencal stone house which has a heated swimming pool, a private tennis court and which offers splendid views.
This property is in fact a small hamlet made up of 3 houses: the upper house also called the winter house, and the lower house also called the summer house and the recent renovation of an additional house with 4 bedrooms. In all there are 10 bedrooms, all of which are en-suite.This beautifully renovated property is a further dwelling located next to the other two buildings with a large living room and huge dining room that can accommodate all 20 people.

With breath-taking views wherever you look and total peace and quiet, you may not wish to leave this rustic paradise.

However, when you do venture out, some of the finest perched villages in Provence including Gordes, Menerbes, Lacoste and Bonnieux are within 20km of the property. There are also many other fascinating villages and towns to discover, many with weekly markets.

THE WINTER HOUSE has three bedrooms all en-suite, a very large kitchen/dining room, spacious living room with a fireplace and two furnished outside terraces to relax and admire the breath-taking views.Living room with fireplace, wooden beams and colourful Provencal floor tiles. Comfortable sofas with space for everyone, wide screen TV and DVD.surrounded by furnished terraces from which one enjoys exceptional views. The house accommodates up to 6 people and gives access to the swimming pool , the tennis court and the pétanque ground of the Hameau. Each bedroom has a large private bathroom.

SUMMER HOUSE just next door and independent has three bedrooms all en-suite, a kitchen with dining table and an outside terrace overlooking the pool.Kitchen with dining table opening onto furnished outside terrace. Oven, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.From the terrace of the Provencal kitchen opens a green space, between garden and swimming pool. Le Mas de VICINITY also next door and independent has four bedrooms all en-suite, a living room, large dining room, kitchen and an outside terrace with great views.Large living room with fireplace, wooden beams and colourful Provencal floor tiles. Comfortable sofas, wide screen TV and DVD.
The restoration combines simplicity and luxury to create colourful and cosy accommodation in a Provencal farmhouse style.
The beautiful natural gardens are planted with local fragrant herbs, all of which would have been growing and thriving here hundreds of years ago.

Outdoors
The gardens highlight the beauty of this Mediterranean countryside.
Between the two houses there is a terrace decorated with a trellis and virgin vines, where a dining table can be added if desired.
There is a large heated swimming pool with an electric cover. Next to the pool, there is a room for storing pool accessories, where there is also a ping-pong table and a pétanque court. You can enjoy superb views of the surrounding countryside both from the swimming pool and from the pétanque area.
The tennis court is set back slightly from the house, in the shade of Scots pines.
The swimming pool is heated between May 15 and September 28, it can be heated outside these periods for a supplement to be determined according to the period.

Pool & Gardens
The estate extends over 40 hectares surrounded by unspoiled landscapes with an infinite horizon. Designed by the landscape architect Jean-Noël , the gardens have been planted with respect for the past and retain the charm of peasant life of yesteryear. The tennis court , nestled in the hollow of the lavender field , like the pétanque court has been specially designed to make your stay a moment of pure relaxation .
