The large open plan living area is full of light and tastefully furnished with 2 large sofas and an armchair, attractive open fireplace, and doors opening onto the terrace and large private swimming pool area. An archway leads through to the elegant dining area with seating for 8 people, again with doors to the pool area and garden.

The huge modern kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine - everything you need!

There are 4 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. The Master Suite upstairs has en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, living area and a huge terrace with sea view.The 3 ground floor bedrooms are all double rooms, one bedroom benefits from ensuite facilities. There is a family bathroom to serve the remaining two downstairs bedrooms.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and benefits from electric shutters and Wi-fi.

Just 20 metres from 'Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis', the location of this villa is perfect for anyone interested in using a first class tennis centre, gymnasium and multi-sport experience.

Living Room - Comfortably furnished lounge with sofas and armchair, a log burning fire and TV. Patio doors lead to pool terrace and outdoor dining area with table and chairs.

Dining Room - Dining table and seating for 8 people, doors to pool terrace and outdoor dining area.

Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

Bedrooms - Upstairs Master Suite, plus 3 large double bedrooms on the ground floor.

Bathrooms - 3 Bathrooms. An en-suite shower room to Master Bedroom, an ensuite shower room to Bedroom 2, plus a family bathroom.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - All bed linen and bath/pool towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. Maid service is included.

The villa is fully enclosed and has a large pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols, providing a great lounging and sunbathing area. The pool can be heated on request, at an additional cost of £150 per week. Please enquire.

There is also a fabulous poolside al-fresco dining area, ideal for at any time of the day.
Upstairs the roof terrace with comfy outdoor lounge furniture has a superb view of the surrounding area, providing the perfect place to enjoy a cool glass of your chosen sun-downer!

Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

Coast/Beach
There are some wonderful beaches close by. Praia de Carvoeiro is a 5 minute drive away. In addition, within a 10 minutes drive are the stunning Praia da Marinha, and beaches at Benagil, Albandeira and Ferragudo. The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.

Golf
Vale do Pinta and Gramacho courses are close by. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgado courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.

Location
The house is well situated in a tranquil position close to Carvoeiro, just a few metres from the 'Carvoeiro Clube de Ténis', offering tennis, gym and restaurant.
The house is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport.
Car hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places.

The bustling town of Carvoeiro (once an old fishing village) with a fabulous selection of restaurants and bars, and a choice of beautiful beaches and fabulous clifftop walks is a 5 minute drive. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines, and golf courses are within 5 minutes drive.
We also suggest a visit to Monchique mountain or the reservoir for stunning scenery and restaurants, where you can eat a 3 course meal with wine and coffee for under €10!

Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well.
