Please note that the property, terraces, swimming pool etc will be exclusively booked for you whether or not you book the extra Apartment &/or Chalet. The Apartment/Chalet are never rented out separately to not disturb your privacy in the main villa.

Combining the villa with the separate apartment &/or detached chalet, allows you to enjoy your own privacy & when you feel it, meet all together on the huge 750m2 terrace for a BBQ under the pergola, a swim in the pool, training session at the gym, playing snooker on the full size table, partying in the disco which boasts a great Sonos sound system or sharing a movie in the private cinema with its 4m wide screen & HD projector.

Angels, Sky, Glamour & Sunset bedrooms have their own balconies with stunning sea views.
Sonos sound system in the living room, kitchen & terrace at swimming pool area.
UK, European TV channels & Wi-Fi.

Separate Apartment:
115m2, 2 bedrooms & 1 sofa-bed (sleeps 6 guests) with terrace & fantastic sea views. It has a separate entrance. Cd player with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi & UK, European TV channels.

Detached Chalet:
Sleeps 4 guests:
The chalet is on one level & offers 1 bedroom & sofa bed in living room. Cd player, TV. Ideal for guests who prefer their privacy.
Each of the three units is fitted with fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Monaco can accommodate 23 guests with its 9 bedrooms & 7 bathrooms.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 10 Metres long x 4 Metres width. The depth is 1.20 Metres at the end where the entry stairs are located & 1.30 Metres at the opposite end. The heated pool (29c) is fitted with an electric cover. When closed, a child can't enter the pool. It keeps the water warm during the night.
Terraces & Views
Villa Monacos huge 750 m2 terrace enjoys uninterrupted breath-taking views across the coast to the Atlantic Ocean, across to the neighbouring Islands of La Gomera, El Hierro & La Palma.
You'll discover one of the finest views in Tenerife & the Canary Islands.
The terrace is fitted with Sonos sound system to listen to your favourite music while sunbathing in the sun loungers or sipping a cocktail.
You may enjoy Al Fresco dining under the pergola with dining chairs & table to seat 10 persons. Extra tables & chairs are available.
You have a charcoal BBQ & at a supplement have a gas BBQ.
The Classical style of the Villa is elegant throughout & is tastefully furnished & finished to an exceptionally high standard.
The parking area allows parking for a large number of cars.
Detailed Description:
The owner dedicated special attention to the comfort of the beds to improve your rest/sleep. They are all super king or king size beds, fitted with thick mattresses topped with a topper mattress. The bed linen is highly quality monogrammed cotton sateen. The best quality duvets & towels have been selected for our guests.
