There is a lift for your groceries and luggage.There are also views of the sound and just a short walk to the beach. Vacation Station is a well equipped, comfortable and would make a great vacation destination for your family. All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Vacation Station is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are provided. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Tax and Insurance Apply.



In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation / Travel Insurance premium, Security Deposit Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. The offered Trip Cancellation / Travel Insurance covers many unforeseen and emergency situations.
