An enchanted wonderland of custom features awaits guests of this peerless estate. Tucked in the pristine confines of a private residential development, this stately property is an ecosystem unto itself, bordering the Snake River and encompassing a stocked private pond (promising phenomenal fishing ergo the dry-fly nomenclature).

The gracious entrance portends the art-rich experience to come: A monumental bronze sculpture of an American Indian, standing out front, sets a meditative tone. Guests arrive via a grand portico and colonnade, framed by tree trunks and a pair of river-rock reflecting pools.

The elegant welcome continues in the entry hall, with its beamed ceiling and art-lined walls.

The term “great room” was reserved for this living area: Massive beams, supported by custom ironwork, create a grand canopy above the open-concept space. A pair of ivory couches and a marble coffee table live atop a parquet hide rug, while a long ikat daybed and hide ottoman face the stone fireplace. Bronzes and taxidermy accent the soaring space. Encircling the second story, custom railings outline landscape scenes.

The adjoining dining area amplifies the enchantment with its custom chandelier: a mystical tree growing from the beams, its crystal branches twinkling with lit droplets. Beneath this fairy-tale scene, ten sit comfortably at the grand round table. The accompanying bar features paneled cabinets, a Tiffany flush mount pendant, and an antler wreath.

Next door, the gourmet kitchen includes a fireside family room and breakfast nook. In yet another custom moment, the rough-hewn slate countertop is accented by an ancient wood slab, forming a table surrounded by studded leather stools. Instead of a backsplash, custom tilework creates a Teton landscape.

Even the powder room inspires with its walnut sink and woven bronze mirror.

Rising to the inspired occasion, the residential suites do not disappoint with their custom details and private balconies. The main level master will not disappoint. Cozy up by the wood burning fireplace or curl up and enjoy the views in the reading nook. In the first junior master, the four posters of the king bed are topped by avian bronzes. The balcony overlooks the pond and the Tetons and features a wood burning fireplace. The en-suite bath, topped by a rotunda roof, features a Jacuzzi tub and two vanities.

The second junior master suite, marked by a studded leather bed, fireplace and hide seating, also includes an en-suite bath with a glass shower and soaking tub.

The third guest bedroom, defined by bronze silhouettes, features a carved wood bed and leather armchairs.

For those keen to entertain, options abound: The media loft offers a large flat-screen TV and a trio of sofas. True to its name, the rec room boasts a pool table, bar with saddle stools, game table, high-top with stools, antler armchairs and four bunk beds. To accommodate work, the elegant main level office features a fireplace, leather armchairs, an antique desk and crocodile desk chair. Stained glass skylights cast a colorful glow over the professional space. A second set of desks sits in the upstairs hallway, allowing for letter writing and reading.

As if an invitation is necessary, the wraparound porch, accessible from every room on the first floor, invites guests to venture beyond the interior expanse to explore the greater estate. Sitting areas pepper the patio, and the entire ring overlooks the private pond on the property.

Royal Wulff offers unparalleled privacy and nature immersion. Wildlife sightings are guaranteed, as are memorable moments spent with family and friends. Despite its seclusion, the lodge is conveniently sited: The Aspens—replete with a beloved watering hole and bustling breakfast joint—lies a short drive away, as does downtown Jackson. Whether fly fishing or horseback riding, mountain biking or backcountry skiing, this Westbank retreat allows you to choose your own adventure—with the help of TCCG’s Concierge.
