Description
Villa Capri enjoys one of the most exciting views in the world. In fact, it overlooks the bay of Marina Piccola facing the famous Faraglioni. It is a villa in typical Mediterranean style, sober and elegant, surrounded by a large lush garden with tall trees (olive pomegranates, lemons, cypresses ...) and various species of flowering plants and Mediterranean scrub. Its position is enviable both for those who want to enjoy the comings and goings of the famous Piazzetta, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and for those who prefer the sea, which is only a 10-minute walk along the picturesque Via Mulo.
The exterior consists of several terraces at various levels. Each of these is well lit and furnished with comfortable sofas, chairs, tables, umbrellas and sunbeds, so you can be exploited with friends both during the day and on warm summer nights in the moonlight caprese.
The villa consists of 3 units:
1. On the ground floor, the first unit consists of a large double living room which leads to a panoramic terrace, equipped with a large dining table and a sitting room; of a kitchen (with dishwasher and oven) which has access to a covered barbecue corner and to the cellar and laundry space.
The first floor has two large bedrooms (one double and one quadruple) each with its own dedicated bathroom with shower and tub. From the rooms you can access a balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean and a solarium with Jacuzzi and sunbeds.
2. The second unit is connected to the first through the lower terrace of the garden: it has a double bedroom and a bathroom.
3. The third unit consists of an outbuilding with double bed, bathroom, and a large terrace with lawn overlooking the sea.
Please note that this outbuilding is available only if the number of guests is more than 8 at the economic conditions described in the regulation.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and telephone.
A reliable gardener takes care of the garden and you can take advantage of a trusted domestic worker on an hourly basis.
