Description
A place to unwind.
This lovely contemporary, plantation-style home is set amidst a plantation of coconut trees, a 7 minute walk to a beautiful white sandy beach and the warm tropical waters of the Indian Ocean.
Plantation House consists of 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms all leading out to a wide terrace, which overlooks the gardens & sparking pool. All rooms are en-suite with large rain-forest showers, comfortable seating area, both inside and on your own spacious terrace. Each room has a tea & coffee making station with private mini-fridge. Free Wifi is available. Crisp white cotton sheets, large soft bathroom towels, and most important of all, pristine cleanliness is what you’ll find during your stay with us. At the Plantation House, comfort & relaxation are the essence of the experience we wish for our guests.
There are wide verandas, cooled by paddle fans, overlooking a lovely tropical garden, which attracts an array of the beautiful birds of Sri Lanka. Each room is 27sq metres in size, with dressing area and private ensuite. The swimming pool has been designed so one can either relax and cool-off in shallow side of the pool or swim lengths. You'll also find several chill-out spaces, to relax & read - or just be!
The open plan breakfast/dining area, also leads onto the terrace. There is a well equipped, open plan kitchen in the cetre of the house. The Pool House or outdoor bar is a perfect place to get out of the sun, and enjoy a cold drink. For the sun worshipper, there are plenty of spots to soak in the sun whilst relaxing on a sunbed. Yoga practice at sunrise or sunset, whilst overlooking the garden, with the lovely Buddhist temple in the distance.
