Set on a 5,000 sq. m peaceful private land on the hills above Rethymno city, Villa Kalliston is a 400 sq. m luxurious property with a high standard construction quality and rich facilities. Facing towards the Cretan sea and only 7 km away from the long sandy beach of Rethymno city, the villa offers unspoiled views to the sea and surrounding mountains. A peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays close to the beach, perfect for families and children!

The villa which is surrounded by nature and olive trees makes you feel "away from it all" although it is located just above the city of Rethymno in an area called "Tria Monastiria". It is designed in a way to take advantage the outstanding panoramic view from any angle and also offer full privacy to our guests.

It can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if it is necessary.

- Indoor layout -

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, a 40" satellite HDTV with Playstation 4, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area and a table tennis which leads you to the lower level of the pool and the garden area. Next to the dining area there is a professional pool table (billiard) with all the necessary equipment in order for the whole family to enjoy it. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a toilet and shower are also found on the same floor.
Reaching to the first floor through a staircase there are 4 bedrooms and an enormous bathroom with 2 sinks and Jacuzzi bath. The master bedroom consists of a king-size bed, a dressing hall, an office desk, 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. It also has access to a large veranda with a sitting area which offers a breathtaking sea view. In the same veranda there is an organised gym area with all the essential fitness equipment.

On the first floor you will also find a bedroom with a king size bed and two more bedrooms both with 2 single beds which can also be transformed into a king size bed if it is necessary. Bathrobes, slippers, towels and linen are provided for all guests.

All the bedrooms have air conditions and access to a balcony or the main veranda of the first floor.

- Outdoor area -

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 60 sq. m swimming pool with hydro massage sitting area. The pool can be heated at an additional cost per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).
- Secondary kitchen area under a pergola, fully equipped with a refrigerator, a gas barbecue and everything that you might need in order to prepare and serve a meal in the pool area.

- Dining table for 10 people next to the outdoor kitchen.

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor sofas and arm chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa

- Fenced playground for young children to play

- Backyard with the main fully equipped barbecue area (with charcoal), a wood oven and 2 more dining tables.

- Unique garden areas around the house with a variety of flowers and palm trees

- Huge entrance area with 2 garages

- The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
