Our fantastic villa has everything you need for your Palm Springs trip! Located in the Palm Springs area, you’re minutes from golf courses and downtown Palm Springs!



Relax. Hit the links at the golf courses nearby in this golfer's paradise. Head out to downtown Palm Springs for the weekly art walk or check out the boutique shops and restaurants. Take a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park for amazing scenery and hiking.



We have everything you need for a good trip including WiFi and A/C.

The Space:

Located minutes many golf courses, our house will provide you with the perfect Palm Springs trip! Cimarron Golf Resort is just a short drive away. Check out the Palm Springs Air Museum to check out all the aviation attractions. Or head out to downtown Palm Springs where the Hard Rock, Spa Resort and Casino, and tons of great restaurants and bars are. Boutique shops are also located there for all your shopping needs.



The house is a desert oasis! Take a dip in the pool or wade into the grotto and soak into the hot tub. Whip up a meal in the kitchen with granite counter tops and dine outside on the patio or head out to see all Palm Springs has to offer.



Our home is fully furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need: appliances, cookware, dishes, etc.

Our home is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens, towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Guest Access:

This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home.

Interaction with Guests:

You will receive an email shortly after booking from the booking channel (Airbnb, HomeAway/VRBO, etc.) on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi and all other pertinent details.



To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. Feel free to reach out to us at anytime if you have any questions.

The Neighborhood:

You'll be located in the Palm Springs area, close to:

- Cimarron Golf Resort, just a 4 minute drive away.

- Palm Springs Air Museum, only 8 minutes away.

- Wet 'n' Wild Palm Springs Water Park, 8 minutes away.

- Downtown Palm Springs-- where the Hard Rock Cafe and boutique shops are is 17 minutes away.

- Agua Caliente Casino, 9 minutes away.

- Indian Wells Tennis Garden, only 23 minutes away.

- Palm Springs International Airport, just 10 minutes away.

Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft operate in the area . There is also parking in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:

Because many people ask:

1. Payment- You “submit a booking” which means you pay the full amount now. We do not get paid until after your arrival. There are no cash transactions, and unfortunately you may not put down a deposit.



2. Deposit - Airbnb does not charge the deposit at all unless there is a claim for damages after check-out.



3. Unfortunately, we don’t have more pictures of the house and are unable to send you any more.



4. The site blocks telephone numbers until you have booked your trip, so we are unable to call you.



5. If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we can heat the pool for the entire stay for an additional charge of $75/day. We are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay.



6. We provide a starter pack of consumable items (eg. toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). If you are a very large group or have a long stay we encourage you to buy additional supplies.

House Rules:

No smoking, parties, or events

Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM. A late checkout may be available for a fee.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out may be available for purchase prior to arrival. Arrivals before 4:00 P.M. or after 11:00 A.M. (the check-in/check-out times), without prior written agreement from Native Travel and the additional payment is strictly prohibited. Any guest found to be occupying the premises after the 11:00 A.M. checkout time will incur an additional fee of $100 for each hour after 11:00 A.M. Additionally, any guests found to be occupying the premises before 4:00 P.M. on the day of check-in, without prior consent, will also incur a $100 fee for each hour prior to 4:00 P.M

Please treat the home like you would treat your own home.

Parties, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated.

Pets may be considered for an additional fee, please inquire for pricing. Unannounced Pet Fee Penalty: $350 per pet.

If you wish to have the pool heated during your stay, we can heat the pool for the entire stay for an additional charge of $75/day. We are unable to heat the pool for only a portion of your stay.

Smoke Detector / Carbon Monoxide Tampering Penalty: $200

It is the guest's responsibility to monitor umbrellas when they are in use. If it gets windy, the umbrellas must be closed. If guests leave the area, they must put the umbrella back down since they are no longer in close proximity to ensure they are not damaged by wind. If an umbrella is damaged during a guest's stay, they will be charged $100.00.

The Air Conditioning should never be set below 72 degrees to prevent freezing of the unit. If the Air Conditioner is set below 72 degrees and it causes damage or the need for a service technician to come out, the cost of the service call and repairs will be deducted from the security deposit.

Guests under 25 years old are not allowed

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property’s outdoor quiet hours 10pm - 9am are in place to ensure that our neighbors can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay.

We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, by measuring decibel levels over sustained periods of time and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. If we receive a notification that the noise level at the home has reached a level that may be considered disruptive to neighbors, we will simply send you a text message to remind you to keep noise levels at a respectful level. As short term rentals have grown within the Coachella Valley, this is one of the biggest concerns of long term residents, and so we do this to ensure that you do not receive any fines from the City during your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant, which means audio content is never recorded. If you have any questions please ask. We are committed to making your stay an unforgettable experience, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

There is a camera on property for security purposes, which is never monitored.

Parties or smoking will not be tolerated. As mentioned above, the city has a strict noise policy from 10 pm to 9am. Any ticket or fine amount issued by the city will be taken out of the security deposit and you will be at risk of eviction, should we deem necessary.
