Villa Lena is an ancient country house, completely renovated in 1991, carefully renovated in 2008 and characterized by a large garden, obtained from the land where once stood the ancient olive grove.
In addition to the main house, with private parking for 3/4 cars, Villa Lena is completed by the small house of the caretakers, Grazia and Franco, which, in addition to ensuring a pleasant welcome, can help you with everything that concerns the property. show you the most characteristic and interesting areas to visit. The rates of the stay include house cleaning that will be done twice a week. Any extra services can be directly contracted on site with the caretaker and paid for separately.
Villa Lena has a large portico, a barbeque and an external wood-burning oven.
The large kitchen opens onto a double living room with a fireplace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom with shower and a second with a queen-size bed and bathroom on the side with a large bath / shower and both overlook the beautiful terrace with a view to the entire property and to the surrounding green hills.
On the second floor there are two large attic rooms both double and with shared bathroom equipped with a shower.
The property includes a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Also available on request and included in the price cot, playpen and high chair for children.
The heating is gas with radiators and both the kitchen / living area and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
