Villa Cape Roca is a delightful property set in 8000 m2 of gardens, with capacity for 23 guests, swimming pool, situated in the magnificent Sintra mountain range, with great views over the ocean and mountains, allowing you to enjoy fantastic sunsets.

This stunning villa within a short distance from the sea, located in the Natural Reserve of Sintra and surrounded by mountains and trails for trekking & biking. The most beautiful beaches of Portugal and Sintra’s World Heritage historical monuments are just a few minutes away. Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point in continental Europe, is within walking distance from the property.

The nearest beach is only 5 minutes by car from the property, with a wide choice of bars and restaurants. Along the coast, the choice of other beaches is endless, famous for the water sport activities and its white sandy family beaches, all within 20 min drive. The bus stop is just 50 m away from the villa and the railway station is 10 km away. It is 12 km from Sintra, granted worldwide patrimony of humanity by UNESCO with its cultural landscape dotted with palaces, castles and museums.

It has an entertainment area with a fairly large kitchen and a dining room with a typical Portuguese fireplace that is great for parties and late evenings around the table.

The villa is situated 13 km away from Sintra, and 15 km from the cosmopolitan Cascais, with its marina, entertainment, shopping, beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, delightful esplanades by the sea, not to mention the buzz of a very active nightlife. Estoril, which has the biggest casino in Europe, is only 17 km away. Lisbon, the capital, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, monuments, restaurants and Fado, is only 40 minutes away. Guincho, with its surrounding natural park, is highly recommended for beach & sport holidays and along the coast, the choice of other beaches is endless, famous for water sports activities. White sandy family beaches, all within 20 min drive. The bus stop is just 150 m away from the villa (Sintra & Cascais) and the railway station is 15 km away.

For golfers there are 6 golf courses, all 20 minutes away:
1) Quinta da Marinha
Set amongst beautiful pine trees and stretching down to Guincho beach, has some of the most majestic scenery in Portugal. Its hole number 13, a Par 4 descending to the sea, is a picture postcard of Portuguese golf.
2) Oitavos
It's the 1st Golf Course in Europe and the 2nd in the World to become a Certified Signature Sanctuary - Gold.
3) Penha Longa
Enjoys championship characteristics, an excellent level of maintenance and beautiful panoramic views over the Sintra mountain range.
4) Estoril
One of the oldest and best-known golf courses in Portugal. Many champions - including Max Faulkner and Seve Ballesteros - have walked the fairways of this course.
5) Quinta da Beloura
Fine views over the Sintra mountain range and a course surrounded by trees, provide a very pleasurable game of golf.
6) Belas
Designed by Rocky Roquemore. Its eighteen holes extend over 6,128 meters for a Par 72.
