Surrounded by trees with depths from 1.20 meters to 2.10 meters with a relaxation area. The swimming pool and the garden are for the exclusive use of the customer (except for daily maintenance).

The location of the house is very strategic because it is located halfway between the beaches of East Sardinia (Villasimius) and West Sardinia (Chia).
